Yes, the Free plan has no time limits. You can use one room with unlimited members forever, for free.
With the Pro plan you can create up to 5 rooms for €9/month. Each room has unlimited members, with no per-user cost.
On the Free plan you can see attachment names and sizes, but cannot download them. Downloading requires the Pro or Enterprise plan.
The Pro plan includes 5 GB of total storage for attachments across all your rooms. The Enterprise plan includes 50 GB.
Emails keep arriving normally but attachments are only kept for 7 days. You have a week to upgrade to unlock them.
Storage is per account, not per room. With the Pro plan, your 5 GB are shared across all rooms you create.
No. Storage is only counted for rooms where you are the admin (creator).
The Enterprise plan is available at €39/month as a launch promo for the first 6 months (until November 19, 2026), then €49/month. It includes unlimited rooms, custom branding, custom SMTP and dedicated support.
