1. Service description

emailho.me is a service provided by CRISTIAN TARABORRELLI STUDIO SRL (VAT IT17597231004) that allows you to create collaborative email rooms. Each room generates an @emailho.me address that, when added in CC to communications, collects and organizes received emails in a shared board.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using emailho.me, you accept these terms of service and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Account and responsibility

  • You are responsible for the security of your account.
  • You must not use the service to send spam, illegal content or violate third-party rights.
  • You are responsible for the content of emails sent through rooms you create or manage.

4. Email content

Emails sent to @emailho.me addresses are visible to all room members. Do not CC an @emailho.me address if you do not want the content shared with room members.

5. Service availability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

CRISTIAN TARABORRELLI STUDIO SRL is not liable for data loss, service interruptions or indirect damages arising from the use of emailho.me, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property

The emailho.me trademark, design and service code are the property of CRISTIAN TARABORRELLI STUDIO SRL. Email content remains the property of their respective authors.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated through the website and take effect from the date of publication.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

10. Payments and refunds

Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard: access to Pro features remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. In case of technical issues preventing service usage, contact us to discuss a refund.

11. Termination and modification of the Service

11.1 emailho.me may cease the provision of the Service, in whole or in part, or substantially modify the features offered on the Free, Pro, Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans, with at least 90 (ninety) days' written notice sent to the email address associated with the User's account. — 11.2 In the event of Service termination, the User has the right to: (a) export all personal data and content in a structured machine-readable format (JSON, CSV) within 60 days following the notice, via the platform's built-in export features or, alternatively, by request to privacy@emailho.me; (b) receive a pro-rata refund of any amounts paid for the unused subscription period, calculated on the remainder of the prepaid period (e.g. monthly, annual or multi-year); (c) access a read-only transition period of 30 (thirty) days following the effective termination date, to complete data export and migration. — 11.3 emailho.me will make every reasonable effort to indicate compatible alternative services available on the market and to ensure technical data portability pursuant to art. 20 GDPR. — 11.4 This clause does not apply in cases of termination for cause attributable to the User — including, by way of example and not exhaustive: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or unlawful conduct, non-payment of fees due, use of the Service in a way that harms emailho.me or third parties — in which case emailho.me may suspend or terminate the Service with reduced or no notice depending on severity. — 11.5 The above provisions are without prejudice to emailho.me's right to modify these Terms and/or the Service features for technical, regulatory, security or economic sustainability reasons of the business model, by giving timely notice to the User.

12. Price changes

12.1 emailho.me reserves the right to modify the fees for Pro, Impresa and Impresa+ plans at any time, with at least 30 (thirty) days' written notice sent to the email address associated with the User's account. The notice will clearly state the new price, the effective date, and how to exercise the right of withdrawal. — 12.2 Price increases will take effect from the first billing cycle following the 30-day notice period. No changes will have retroactive effect: amounts already invoiced remain due under the previously accepted terms. — 12.3 Users who do not wish to accept the new fee may cancel the subscription without penalty before the effective date, retaining access to the plan's features until the end of the period already paid for. — 12.4 For Users who subscribed to the Enterprise plan during the launch promotion (€39/month instead of the regular €49/month), the promotional price will be maintained for the first 6 (six) months from the subscription date, and in any case no later than November 19, 2026 (Service launch promo end date). After this period, the price will automatically switch to the regular fee of €49/month, subject to written notice as per clause 12.1. — 12.5 For consumer clients (without VAT number), these provisions apply in compliance with arts. 33+ of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). — 12.6 Fee changes imposed by mandatory regulatory changes (e.g. VAT increase, new taxes, regulatory sanctions) will be applied with immediate effect from their legal entry into force, subject to informational notice to the User.
