Dalla Timeline click su Board in alto a destra. Sulla Board:
Go to emailho.me and click "Create room". Sign in with Google or your email. 10 seconds and you're in.
Pick a name for your room (e.g. "project-smith", "site-london"). You'll get a dedicated email: project-smith@emailho.me.
When you send a project-related email, add the room address in CC. Works with Gmail, Outlook, Thunderbird, any email client.
From the dashboard, invite your colleagues. They can see all emails in the room and add internal notes.

Dashboard โ Impostazioni โ 'Collega Gmail'. Nel consent screen autorizza anche '๐ Visualizzare e modificare eventi'. Necessario per creare eventi e Meet a tuo nome.
Entra in una stanza โ click sul bottone 'Board' (viola in alto) โ nella toolbar click '๐ Evento'. Un modulo Evento Calendar appare subito sotto al bottone.
Dal pallino sotto la card email trascina una linea fino al modulo. Dopo 1-2 secondi l'AI Groq legge subject e corpo e compila: titolo, data (es. 'venerdรฌ prossimo alle 15'), ora, durata, invitati (mittente + CC).
L'evento viene creato sul tuo Google Calendar con link Meet integrato. Gli invitati ricevono email automatica di invito da Google. Il modulo diventa verde e mostra link ๐ฅ Apri Meet e ๐ Apri Calendar.
Click sul ๐๏ธ cestino del modulo (visibile nel header). Se l'evento รจ giร stato creato, appare un modal con 3 scelte:
In 4 passi gestisci il cronoprogramma di un progetto: sezioni, task con scadenze, countdown gigante e condivisione col cliente.
Entra nella stanza di un progetto, in alto trovi il bottone ๐ Roadmap con il numero di task attivi. Click โ si apre la pagina dedicata in una nuova vista.
In fondo alla pagina click + Aggiungi sezione โ appare un campo testo โ digiti il nome โ Enter. Sezione creata con un primo task pronto da rinominare.
Ogni sezione ha il suo bottone + Nuovo task inline. Click โ crei un task dentro quella sezione, cursore subito sul titolo. Imposta date inizio/fine, responsabile, note. Sub-task ricorsivi con + sub-task.
Torna alla stanza โ click sull'icona โ Info progetto โ imposta Deadline progetto. In cima alla Roadmap appare automaticamente il countdown gigante live G/H/M/Sverso quella data. Bottone โถ apre la modalitร fullscreen per sala produzione.

Private room: only you see emails. Group room: invite your team and everyone sees the same timeline. Choose the type at creation โ it can't be changed later.
Install emailho.me as an app: open Chrome on your phone, tap 'Add to Home Screen'. Then click 'Enable' on the notification banner. You'll get a push notification every time an email arrives, even with the screen off. Free for all plans.
Create separate rooms for each project, client or topic. Keep everything organized.
Use the search bar in the room to find emails by subject, sender or content. Matching words are highlighted in yellow in the timeline.
Add the room address to your email client's contacts so it's always at hand.
Click the ๐ icon next to the room address (on the card or in the header) to copy it to your clipboard with one click.
Emails arrive in the timeline without reloading the page. The yellow badge on the card shows how many new emails there are. Everything is real-time.

If you set a deadline in metadata, a progress bar appears on the room card: green (>30 days), orange (7-30 days), red (<7 days or expired).
Click the room icon on the card to upload a project image. Position it with the crop tool and confirm. Available on all plans.
Click 'Add note' on an email. Options: inline editing (click the text), pin to top (๐), checklists with checkboxes, @mentions, 5 colors. Visible only to the team.

Connect any email inbox and AI creates automatic themed rooms. Here's how to activate it:
Open Account Settings
In the dashboard, scroll to "Account Settings" and find the "Smart Rooms โก" section
Choose your provider
Select Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or any provider from the menu. Host and port are auto-filled.
Enter credentials and verify
Username, password (Gmail requires an App Password), save and click "Test connection".
Rooms create themselves
Every 5 minutes new emails are read, categorized by AI and sorted into themed rooms. You also receive push notifications on your phone.
๐ก Tip: Smart Rooms works alongside Gmail connection for replies. You can import from Yahoo and reply via Gmail: they are independent channels.
