Collega Google (una volta sola)

Dashboard โ†’ Impostazioni โ†’ 'Collega Gmail'. Nel consent screen autorizza anche '๐Ÿ“… Visualizzare e modificare eventi'. Necessario per creare eventi e Meet a tuo nome.

Apri la Board e aggiungi modulo Evento

Entra in una stanza โ†’ click sul bottone 'Board' (viola in alto) โ†’ nella toolbar click '๐Ÿ“… Evento'. Un modulo Evento Calendar appare subito sotto al bottone.

Trascina un'email al modulo โ†’ AI pre-compila

Dal pallino sotto la card email trascina una linea fino al modulo. Dopo 1-2 secondi l'AI Groq legge subject e corpo e compila: titolo, data (es. 'venerdรฌ prossimo alle 15'), ora, durata, invitati (mittente + CC).

Puoi sempre modificare a mano qualsiasi campo prima di creare.

Click 'Crea evento + Meet' โ†’ tutto pronto

L'evento viene creato sul tuo Google Calendar con link Meet integrato. Gli invitati ricevono email automatica di invito da Google. Il modulo diventa verde e mostra link ๐ŸŽฅ Apri Meet e ๐Ÿ“… Apri Calendar.

๐Ÿ’ก Vuoi solo evento senza videocall? Spegni il toggle 'Includi link Meet' in alto al modulo. Utile per scadenze o appuntamenti in presenza.

Come eliminare un evento

Click sul ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ cestino del modulo (visibile nel header). Se l'evento รจ giร  stato creato, appare un modal con 3 scelte:

  • โ€ข ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Elimina da Board + Calendar โ€” l'evento sparisce anche da Google Calendar, gli invitati ricevono notifica
  • โ€ข Elimina solo dalla Board โ€” l'evento resta sul tuo Calendar
  • โ€ข Annulla

Crea la Roadmap del progetto

In 4 passi gestisci il cronoprogramma di un progetto: sezioni, task con scadenze, countdown gigante e condivisione col cliente.

Apri la stanza โ†’ click ๐Ÿ“Š Roadmap nell'header

Entra nella stanza di un progetto, in alto trovi il bottone ๐Ÿ“Š Roadmap con il numero di task attivi. Click โ†’ si apre la pagina dedicata in una nuova vista.

Crea una sezione (es. ARTISTICO, BUDGET, TRASPORTI)

In fondo alla pagina click + Aggiungi sezione โ†’ appare un campo testo โ†’ digiti il nome โ†’ Enter. Sezione creata con un primo task pronto da rinominare.

Le sezioni raggruppano i task per area. Puoi crearne quante vuoi.

Aggiungi task con bottone + Nuovo task accanto al titolo

Ogni sezione ha il suo bottone + Nuovo task inline. Click โ†’ crei un task dentro quella sezione, cursore subito sul titolo. Imposta date inizio/fine, responsabile, note. Sub-task ricorsivi con + sub-task.

La % di avanzamento mostra quanti task hai chiuso su totale (es. 3/10 = 30%).

Imposta deadline + condividi col cliente

Torna alla stanza โ†’ click sull'icona โ“˜ Info progetto โ†’ imposta Deadline progetto. In cima alla Roadmap appare automaticamente il countdown gigante live G/H/M/Sverso quella data. Bottone โ›ถ apre la modalitร  fullscreen per sala produzione.

๐Ÿ”— Condividi col cliente: bottone "Link condivisione" in alto a destra โ†’ genera un URL pubblico. Il cliente apre senza login; se gli dai accesso edit puรฒ spuntare task direttamente.

Push notifications on mobile

Install emailho.me as an app: open Chrome on your phone, tap 'Add to Home Screen'. Then click 'Enable' on the notification banner. You'll get a push notification every time an email arrives, even with the screen off. Free for all plans.

Real-time emails

Emails arrive in the timeline without reloading the page. The yellow badge on the card shows how many new emails there are. Everything is real-time.

Room metadata (project info)

Click the โ„น๏ธ icon next to the room name to fill in: project, deadline, client, company name, VAT number, PEC, SDI. Handy to keep everything at your fingertips.

If you set a deadline in metadata, a progress bar appears on the room card: green (>30 days), orange (7-30 days), red (<7 days or expired).

Enterprise

Connect any email inbox and AI creates automatic themed rooms. Here's how to activate it:

Open Account Settings

In the dashboard, scroll to "Account Settings" and find the "Smart Rooms โšก" section

Choose your provider

Select Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or any provider from the menu. Host and port are auto-filled.

Enter credentials and verify

Username, password (Gmail requires an App Password), save and click "Test connection".

Rooms create themselves

Every 5 minutes new emails are read, categorized by AI and sorted into themed rooms. You also receive push notifications on your phone.
